History of LMO

LMO was established in 2001 under the umbrella of Sutton Centre for Voluntary Service (SCVS). The project was developed by a partnership including the London Borough of Sutton Youth Service (who seconded staff into the project), SCVS, Connexions, Sutton & Merton PCT Health Promotion Services, Mencap, Foster Carers Association and the Healthy Gay Living Centre (Now Terrance Higgins Trust).
